OSB-3 Panel is resistant to moisture in the air. It is a suitable material for constructing buildings using frame construction technology. It is a three-layer panel, flat-pressed using the hot-rolling method. The binder used to bond the rectangular wood chips is formaldehyde-phenolic resin. Additionally, the tongue-and-groove joint facilitates the creation of a level surface, which is essential when installing sheathing.

These panels are used, among other things, as a substitute for traditional sheathing under roofing, for renovations and conversions, for constructing racks, shelves, counters, table tops, ceilings, and floors, as well as for reinforcing upholstered furniture.
